What is being done about the memory leak / crashing to login?

Have you found the problem? Are we getting a hotfix soon?
Have seen little information on this...just a few messages in various threads saying "we're looking at it".

Game crashes every day. Since last weekend. I would love to play and enjoy the ESO Plus content I subbed for, but I can't.

Please communicate more.

    What platform and server are you on? Ive had no problems on PC NA, so its not a wide spread problem. The more info you can provide to ZOS the sooner they can pin point the issue and fix it.

    No problems here on pc na, even frame rates are steady.

    I would crash at least 3 times daily on Xbox EU.
    On the PS4 pro now and no crashing since launch. Steady framerates, too.
    Wonder if they just did a bad job on Xbox. Or if it's Xbox's fault.

    No *major* problems here, but there is a patch in the works for reducing the memory for Toons that are loaded. Maybe that'll help?
