Have you received a ring from Maelstrom Arena in the last month?

Neither I nor any of my contacts have received a ring during this event, except from the weekly Leaderboard rewards.

Is this on purpose? When was this change made? vMA sets are supposed to be available in all slots save weapons, right?

I don't run normal mode, has anyone received rings from that?

Ring drops are broken as far as I know. I've done 15 or so runs this week on vet and no rings of any kind. I'm hoping it's a bug and will be fixed at some point.

They'll do a patch on the last weekend for the orsinium event, call it a hotfix even though they'll take the servers down, something will go wrong and cause the servers to remain down all weekend, as the event ends and announce "we finally fixed ring drops, but we can't extend the event, please vote for us for best MMO in whatever game awards will be coming up"

I got about 2-3 rings working my way through normal last week. It was my very first time doing the arena. I had no use for bound blue rings in those sets so I vendored them.

Never received a ring from vMA, I have necklaces for days though. Always thought that was a bit strange.

Rings are from the final chest only iirc. But since the vet version now has a 100% chance for a vMSA wep, rings are no longer there...

Normal still has the blue rings from the final chest tho

End of stage, none from last chest as far as I know, and one was robust...

I don't remember which stage I got them though I am afraid, I did vma about 4 times a day for 3 days last week and didn't really pay too much attention to my loot at the time, apart from last chest which I do not recall seeing any jewellery, but I do have 2 rings of succession in my bag

Thanks for going into detail. I wonder if there was something special about your run which allowed you to obtain them, or if they remain on the loot table in a misconfigured rarity, or other possibilities.

I'll run normal a few times tomorrow to see if I can manage a blue drop, just for the sake of science.

I was wondering about it too. Since the event started I've done 3-4 vMA runs per day, 35-40 overall during the event (yeah... no inferno staff yet...) and I haven't got any ring of any set (and I also didn't get it during the last 3 months before the event!). And I also noticed that Winterborn's (the only set I care about) drop chance is broken - this set has noticeably lower drop chance compared to other sets. I get Para Bellum and Succession sets almost all the time!
