Would really be appreciated if you would make it clear to everyone in your very first post, that paying a weekly donation fee isn't an optional choice. I've joined/left a few in recent months because all they do is constantly harass everyone by spamming their notifications with messages that everyone should cough up at least 5k per week or they will be removed. To be fair to them, they aren't so quite forthcoming as that, they instead prefer poorly veiled threats of removal.

I'm not for one minute saying guild masters and their close 2nd in command(s) aren't free to run their guilds how they see fit, however, what I do take issue with is them hiding behind welcoming posts on the guild recruitment section when they're anything but welcoming in-game unless you cough up. I don't mind paying gold into guilds that regularly get good spots as i do appreciate it takes a lot of money to constantly set up stall in a heavily populated city hub, but i don't like being constantly badgered and I'm more inclined to not pay a weekly donation if badgered and everyone is being threatened with removal if they don't donate pay the required fee.

Umm. This may be better placed in the guild recruitment section as many that create the threads you refer to will not look at the general section.

That's where i intended it to be. I had two tabs opened and obviously clicked the new thread in the wrong tab. Would be greatly appreciated if a mod or someone from ZoS would move it. Thanks!
