✭✭Woodworking and clothier would be the best for you if you're looking to craft your own gear. Although if you are new it might be better to just level all the professions so you can make things for your other characters as well and won't have to wait until those characters max out the craft.1 -

✭✭Depending on what platform I'm sure there are people out there that can help you with pieces for research1 -
mdylan2013✭✭✭✭✭Focus on light armour, woodworking (fire staff, board and resto) and heavy armour and sword. The rest you can research later, but you'll be using most of these at some point.
