Undaunted merit dailies - do they reward skill line exp?

Just wondered if the new dailies (the delve-hopping ones) reward Undaunted exp? If they do then I might start doing these.

Thanks!

10 points if I recall correctly. Which means, again, if I recall correctly, you need to do it 20 times to level the skill line if that's all you're doing.

    5 points per quest.

Yes, but the gain is a meager 5 points. Turning in a pledge or completing various dungeon achievements will net you a few dozen each. So you are better of just doing the pledges.

I've been pretty disappointed in these quests, both in the gameplay of the quests themselves (nothing special) and the really meager rewards. To find out the "payoff" towards the skill line is also terrible is just one more disappointment.

    why not do both?

It's simply the opportunity costs. It often takes more footwork and waiting time to do the 5p delve quests because:
    - that char may not have explored the zone where the dungeons is located
    - additionally he may not have the horse trained and will take a long time to ride there from the closest discovered wayshrine
    - once arriving there he may find that the mobs and boss are farmed intensively, and will have to wait for them to respawn
    - the rewards are meager, a few ornate items, consumables, sometimes pristine shrouds and very rarely a motif page (<10% chance)
    - because of the added time it can take 20 minutes or more

    Pledges:
    - reward at least 20p off the boot for completing a veteran pledge
    - reward 10p for each achievement you do in the dungeon (speed run, no death run, kill X mobs, beat the hard mode, beat all bosses etc.)
    - each dungeon has a quest that rewards a lot of XP and a skill point
    - dungeons have sets and monster heads
    - pledges reward at least a key that can be used to get monster shoulders
    - you can port directly in the dungeon
    - takes 30 minutes to complete on average

The delve quests only make sense if:
    - if your character is very low level, in which case you are better of leveling other skills anyway
    - if you are farming the Draugr motif pages specifically, which is very tedious

If I only had half an hour I would go for the non-DLC vet pledge.
