What Are PvE Stamplers running for gear wit OT out?

I have managed to farm out leviathan swords and am currently testing a TBS set up with them. I'm just curious what other stamps are running now. Maybe I missed something since one tam dropped.

Really depends on content and personal preference but I'm sure you will get at least these sets:
-Twice Born Star
-Leviathan
-Spriggans
-Night Mother's Gaze
-Hundings Rage
-Vicious Ophidian
-Agility
-Kra'gh
-Velidreth
-Hulking Draugr
-Viper's Sting
-Red Mountain
-Toothrow
-Briarheart
-Automaton
-Sunderflame
-Sword Dancer
-Bone Pirate

They are all good sets but I'm sure 80% of people use these 5 the most right now.

-Velidreth for Trash/Kra'gh for Bosses

Oh and Toothrow would be out for Stamplar since Biting Jabs gives Major Savagery

Interesting. I guess I just wanna see someone's exact set up with traits and all so I can compare. We'll see idk if there are many Stamplers anymore

What are your thoughts on a 5 Leviathan,5 TBS, and 2 Kraagh set up? I'm running precise and sharpened Leviathan Swords on a Khajit. Would love to here your thoughts alcast

Im having good success with:

5x NMG
5x Leviathin
2x kragh/velidreth

All divines armor, 7 medium, sharpened mace and axe (or dagger and mace) thief mundus, vmsa bow.

30k-40k single depending on boss and level of group buffs

Good setup for general pve, pugs, group dungeons or solo ***. Could optimise based of group composition with maybe tbs instead of nmg and trial sets if you have them. The above is easy to aquire.

That's kinda what I've been looking to do.

Did you farm Leviathan weapons? Seems like everyone's stacking penetration these days. And the 7 medium thing. Think I'll try switching around that stuff.

Ye that also works. The only thing that you will miss is Minor Slayer. I usually really recommend getting minor slayer because 5% and a critbonus is just way too good not to be used in my opinion.

On the other hand, there is so many combos that work, the damage difference is maybe 1-6% not more between those setups. So its basically impossible to tell xD

A good budget stam setup for dw 5sprig, 5hund/nmg(only if not in your runs)/tbs, kraugh/vel/selene

Craft weapons, dont buy spriggan

@alcast how do you suggest getting minor slayers into the build?

I run 5 VO - 5 Spriggans - 2 Kraugh or Selenes (since it procs off burning light) and enjoy it.

I don't have sharpened VO weapons so the extra pen from spriggans is nice.

With no MSA weaps

5x Leviathan
5x Alkosh/ 5x VO
2x Kragh

You have to give up one of the two sets. If you have some buddies, make sure that at ONE person is running NMG to support the whole group.

I like 2 Kena as monster option as repentance allows to keep Overkill almost all the time

So minor slayer gives you a higher damage boost than the shadow stone?

Plus I don't have vo alkosh or Vma daggers

3 leviathan jewellery and 2 armor. Crafted nmg weapons and 3 armor. Then kragh head/shoulders. That way you can craft the best weapons and leviathin jewellery is easy to farm.
