I received this email 3 days ago... what gives? Why are you saying I'm a duplicate?

I can't even log into this account! I did submit a ticket, 161114-003288, but really need more then a canned response. I never canceled.. hell, I played in the early morning hours on Friday with no issues. I need to get me ESO Plus membership back, along with my characters and whatever I had in the crafting bag.

    I'm having the same issue right now. I just made a similar post a few hours ago.

    Its weird that it says, "This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your ESO Plus™ membership, or a Steam ESO Plus™ membership was detected thereby cancelling a duplicate membership on your account."

    Iv'e cancelled my ESO+ before and I have never been sent a message like that before. I'm just hoping our accounts are secure and that its a fluke but, its weird because its a completely different message from the one I got the last time I cancelled my account. Also I was never sent a notification to let me know that my accounts been suspended the whole thing is just strange.

    I'm hoping that we hear something back from them tomorrow but, message me if your account gets unlocked and you find out why. Would appreciate it.

    I'm rather peeved as they haven't said why I was canceled... I played Friday morning in a rush to do writs and setup research because I was going to be gone for 4 days due to the death of my father. So I had to go back and forth from character to character.. also had to get items in the bank for research, etc. From what I have read on the forums farming bots are a huge problem yet don't get handled but legitimate players lose money (as from their message it states I have to buy ESO Plus again despite buying the 6 month package) for playing the game as its designed.

    They just closed my thread saying "We did this as we do not allow the discussion of disciplinary actions on the forums." warning thread nuke incoming. Even though theirs like 4 other people with the same problem on the forums...

    Thanks for the support ZOS. Where am I suppose to discuss my issues if I can't log into my account and I never received and message over why my account was banned. What gives what kind of service is this.

    How can this be a disciplinary action when I have no idea what I did? Never received a warning.. have no idea how to check my account and find out why I have been suspended.. this is absurd.

    As mentioned on previous threads this is not something that can be addressed from the forums. Account issues like this need to be handled by a support agent who has the further detail and can address this one on one. While we don't have much information, what we do know is that these suspensions are individual and not related to a single cause.

    We would suggest that you reach out to customer support for further information. This has been mentioned before, but suspensions are not always related to a behaviour issue and are sometimes done as a security measure. For anyone having trouble contacting customer support please send a message here at login where you can find a "suspended/compromised" button. Keep in mind duplicate email requests does slow down response time.
