I received this email 3 days ago... what gives? Why are you saying I'm a duplicate?

You will no longer be charged for membership on a recurring basis, and your access to ESO Plus™ benefits will expire at the end of your current membership.

I can't even log into this account! I did submit a ticket, 161114-003288, but really need more then a canned response. I never canceled.. hell, I played in the early morning hours on Friday with no issues. I need to get me ESO Plus membership back, along with my characters and whatever I had in the crafting bag.
