On Saturday, Nov 19th I'll be doing a Play Live 24 hour Vet Maelstrom Arena stream. Given Vet Maelstrom Arena is some of the hardest content in the game, and some of the most rewarding, it's definitely a challenge to do it 24 hour straight. And expensive, especially for potions. Play Live is an charity by gamers to help raise money for St. *** Children's Research Hospital to help kids battling cancer.
Cancer is something that has directly impacted my family's life. My father battled cancer and won. But others aren't so fortunate. I've lost friends to cancer, and I've got other friends still in the fight.
My goal is raise $1,000 for St. ***'s, and to up the ante, if I get any sharpened weapons, and anyone donates $20 or more to St. ***'s during the stream, I will destroy the weapon. Which, as you know, is one of the most painful things you can do.
I'm part of the Order of the Bear, a raid group formed through Eastmarch Trade Company. We do weekly raid, and we've been able to tackle some of the toughest content in game -- even Vet Maw. While I may not a known ESO Streamer, my goal is still to help make a difference nonetheless. I'm hoping the community can join in. I'll answer any VMA related questions during the stream, provide tips and answer questions about doing VMA runs.
EDIT: Apparently, the name of the hospital somehow violate's ZOS' forum censors. More information on St. ***'s can be found here --
