I am working on the final boss of Stage 9, vMA and that got me thinking about dodgeroll.
For the sake of argument, let's assume there are three stages to a bosses executing a big range attack 1) preparation, where boss kind of strikes a pose, 2) execution where boss goes through some process that launches the ranged attack, and 3) in flight time where projectile is flying through air.
Here is the question. If I want to dodgeroll so that the projectile misses me, what is the earliest point at which I can dodgeroll?
