Curious to see balance changes...assuming Zeni releases an update each quarter like they said it should come soon, they'd need to have it on pts within the next few weeks for it to go live in December. Anyone got an estimation when they'll announce it?

    After New Years. New Life Festival will already keep people busy during Christmas. I'd say Jan-Feb we getting housing and another DLC. Otherwise this game is gonna die since we haven't had a real DLC with real content in a year now.

    2016 had updates 9 (March), 10 (May), 11 (August), and 12 (October).

    Whenever it is, let ZOS take their time and make sure everything is where they want it to be before next DLC drop. One Tamriel was a great update, but the proc sets in pvp are a little nuts right now.

    They don't even count. DB/TG was already done at the launch of the game. One Tamriel is a base game patch. How does that count as a significant update?

    I think he is just saying that ZOS committed to doing 4 updates(outside of routine incrementals, maintenance, fixes, ect) per year. Those 4 are them.

    Updates are large quarterly base game patches. The DLC are a different beast now.

    Back to the original post does anyone have any idea about the next DLC released information details? They seem pretty tight lipped for it almost being mid November

    So 5 months between 1T and the next release? I know this happened in the past but with the current dlc/release model it seems damn long.

    Yeah it is kinda long.

    But we also have had the Witches Festival and the New Life Festival is coming.

    They're basically mini updates.

    It be nice to see new content next DLC not this updated dungeons,updated gear, new CP levels buffed up monsters. That stuff is nice but it's not new content.

    Craglorn Zone, IC, Wrothgar were new content...housing isn't content it's just cosmetics Give is some real objective next DLC.....

    I'd say ZOS will do a lil "teaser talk" around the Life Festival time into the new yr but considering they take that time off I'd go wit 2nd week of January wit major announcements n pts of housing n then of course a release roughly a month after testing soooo my guess is early ish February. :)
