What is the best way to farm a Viper shield this patch?

I know fungal drops them, i just want to know is it better to farm fungal 1 or 2 or is it easier to farm chests in the said dungeons? also if chests are easier can any pc players provide me a screenshot with potential chest spawns please. Thanks

✭✭The dungeon itself because all you gotta do is skip everything possible and get to the last boss. You may also open up chests while on your way to final boss0 -

Valykc✭✭✭✭✭I believe I got mine on FG1 on normal, I farmed all my gear by soloing it and the only thing I already had was a purple viper necklace. So FG1 on Normal is your best bet if you can solo it but RNG can be a real ***** sometimes lolEdited by Valykc on November 7, 2016 5:27PM0 -
Loc2262✭✭✭✭✭All Viper pieces drop in both FG1 and FG2. For a shield it doesn't matter, but note that if you want purple jewelry, you need to do the Vet version.Kind regards,
