Quick Question - Magic Recovery

So today I've been having trouble with my magic budget (keeping it up since I'm using "too much) and I could of sworn that before today I've had no problems. I looked at my magic recovery and its almost half of what it was. I haven't changed any armor sets, or changed up any of my cp or attribute points. I feel like there is a real simple explanation and I'm going to kick myself when someone tells me. Does anyone know what would be going on?

Did you change your food or mundus?

Same Mundus and food. In fact, weird thing was one day I had vampirism but I absolutely sure I didn't get bit. I didn't even have access to any of the skills or get any of the negative things from it.

That's pretty odd. However, vamprism does have an effect on your magicka and stamina regeneration. Increasing it by 20% I think. Try making a ticket about it. Hopefully it can get resolved.

I haven't made nor drank any. I have plenty of recipes though

Did your cp reset for any reason? Playing an alt I was scratching my head and swearing for a good 30 minutes before I realized I hadn't spent any.

Life sure was rough in the beginning.

As you level your stats go down. This is because of the boost in stats low level players now get to equalize the game play with the release of 1T.
