Odd Idea: Pets and Synergies

No, have not analyzed this fully. really just a late night beer induced spark of illogic combined with internet access.
Tossing for discussion, esp since its at least possible pets can get an upgrade in u13.
Pets and Synergies
What if a caster with active pets could use those pets to trigger a synergy opportunity laid down by him? Normally you cannot trigger your own symmetry but basically with an active pet he would get the synergy X available and it would count as the Pet closest to the synergy triggering it.
Most obvious impact is opening up some of the undaunted options - a combat pet like Volatile Familiar could trigger the healing orb synergy. Might be some weapon ult synergies - haven't looked. But there are others with lightning etc.
Could include nightblade shades - but maybe not. generally it would.
not thinking it as a major change or total fix or anything, just an odd wrinkle opening up some new possibilities.
