Where the hell are these ? I've been to 3 guild halls in a city's capital and nothing, can I not get these once I reach max guild level ?

✭✭✭Actually, you can pick them up in any alliance capitol city.
Are you sure you are in the alliance capitol and not just a zone capitol?
Example - Ebonheart is the capitol city of Stonefalls Zone, but Mournhould is alliance capitol of EP.
Also the Undaunted daily quests are found in the Undaunted Enclave where you pick up the pledges.
Try the guild halls in Mournhold, Wayrest or Eldonroot.
