PC: Quest (Daughter of Giants) - Projection of Sai Sahan not displaying

The voice and projection of Sai Sahan were not displayed for me during the final moments of the quest, where I was prompted to listen to the conversation to advance the story. At first, Lyris seemed to say her lines during the conversation however the quest didn't prompt me to talk to her. I re-logged to find that the conversation started over again, however Sai was still not displaying. Not extremely concerned about it myself; maybe others could be experiencing the same thing.

Same thing happened to me yesterday, zoning and coming back didn't fix it but logging in and out restarted the cutscene. Sai Sahan STILL wasn't visible, but I waited patiently for Lyris finished talking to herself, and then the quest continued to the next marker.

tl;dr - if the quest was supposed to advance and it didn't, log out and back in again.
