Fancy Man of Cornwood Title?

So, seen this on about 3 people now, still not sure if this is a legitimate title or if someone is having fun with a third party "title program". Wouldn't be the first game where you can give yourself a title that you want without have to grind for it or whatever.


Just curious as I cannot see such a title in any of the journal logs or find it on the interwebs past Bender jokes.

Lorebooks, Sykshards and a few other addons replace the title of selected players with custom ones like the one in your screenshot.
