Patch 2.6.8 / New Change to Mail UI not working with MailR Guild Mail add on

There seems to be a new change to the Mail system that results in UI error if you have MailR guild mail add on installed. Anyone else experiencing this, or is there a different add on that is compatible?

Fixed an issue where you would receive an error message when you deleted an in-game mail, then immediately closed/reopened the mailbox.

Definitely MailR for me. As soon as I turned it off I have full mailbox access.

Note that DelMyMail and Wykkyds Delete Mail seem to still work.

I am having the same message and problem as well. I ended up turning MailR off but I wish:

1. The addon author would fix it,
2. Someone else would fix it,
3. Or, someone else that knows how to write/repair LUA code who fixed it for themselves would share the fixed code with the rest of us.

Any one of these options would work for me.

So the authors of MailR are active in the EsoUI Comments for MailR and are working on a fix. They also mention a temporary fix until then if you don't mind deleting all your saved mails. I would keep an eye there for all the latest details and updates.

And I also asked there as well. Yes you can delete your current savedvariables and saved mails (make a backup in case they find a way to put them back).

But you can't save any more after that until they find the fix. Saving was the main reason for the addon for me so until they fix it it will be off.
