What do guild trader builds usually go for?

My guild is finally successful. Er, at least in the sense we've unlocked a trader. We have 100+ members and 61k in the guild bank. One problem: We are always outbid when it comes to getting a trader. So how much gold should I be looking at to even think about this?

Depends on your platform and the area you bid in. They can range from about 50k - 5 million or more. You'd need more details before you can narrow down the price you'd be looking at

You'll never get an exact amount, and as mentioned above, there are factors.

    Platform, location, server... all matter.

No one is going to tell you because obviously we bid those numbers to receive those traders.

To give you an idea... Depending on platform still, but busy areas such as Rawl/mournhold/Craglorn go for millions (and millions).

Roadside person that is near a wayshrine will go for more than out of the way roadside trader. Not millions.

Outlaw refuges I find are hit and miss. They used to often have no bids at all, so you could swipe them up for cheap. That may be a good bet for you for now to build up funds. Try to get a few people on during trader flip time and everyone scramble through the different zones trying to find a trader that wasn't bid on.. and hire it!

Until then.. just keep trying new places or raising your bid on a single trader over the weeks to get a feel for price.
