Can we get glowing vampire eyes as an alternative to Oracle Eyes, along with some other things?

For some time now I've been eagerly awaiting a cosmetic upgrade to the vampire. While the pale skin is great, the vampire just isn't creepy the way they should be. They lack presence. While in or passing through shade or in complete darkness, the vampire's eyes should glow [think the master vampire in Dracula - The Untold Story]. The character movements are too humanly normal and not predatory, perhaps a personality to this regard could be implemented?

And while I do love role-playing as a vampire in general, because I just like the whole lore about them, it is not very much FUN playing as one in the game because of the missed marks involving their creation by the devs. There's not one cool active perk tied to them ... no better vision involving how they see the world at night, no increased run speed or cool movement animation that creates the illusion of speed, no nails, no fangs, no hiss, roar, nothing; just high costs for primarily weak damaging abilities that are no longer worth it.

There's no achievable titles like:

"Scion of Blood" - after having been turned by Lamae Bal,

"Vampire Lord"- after having killed a certain number of enemies with all the vampire abilities in your load out and the skill tree being maxed to level 10,

"Master Vampire"- after having turned and recruited a certain number of vampires to your own created guild,

"Ancient Vampire" - after having been a vampire for a straight year or more in real life on the game, and having never cured yourself in between.

Now a missed opportunity for the Vampire Lord polymorph, but we got one for the werewolf? No vampire missions pertaining to us [the player] as a vampire? How much more fitting can getting all these things be, when the main antagonist is the father of vampires? Yet there isn't much of a focus on this for the vampire player to enjoy. Why? Thanks for at least reading.

Dark stalker is pretty cool. Without it, there would be no reason to get bit.

I'm glad it seems cool to you, but to me it's a slow motion 3rd door prize that doesn't compare to other options that could have been made available. I'm not knocking your view of it, but it's just not worth it as a stage 4 passive when compared to the negatives.

Also keep in mind that I wrote 'active perk'. Something that we can do and have fun with. That's what's missing. Helpful but FUN abilities to use, even if there isn't an enemy to fight. Mist form would qualify if the damn thing wasn't for 4 seconds and more expensive than some three to four abilities combined. Yet sorcs can teleport for up to some 5 times before having their magicka tapped. The ability alone not only looks cool, but it's fun as heck to use, moves fast, needs no target, and can be used as a means of travel as an alternative to a mount. And while a vampire player playing as a Sorc can have access to that ability, it does not look like a vampire skill and there's suppose to be the freedom to play the game how we want (within reason), as long as it doesn't tamper with the balance. I see no reason not to make a 6/6 skill upgrade toggle mist-travel form with a 60% increase speed like a mount.

I miss a type of night vision we had in skyrim. I personally Like the way the vampires look. Goes from Twilights Newborn Vampires at stage 1 to Ann rice Vampires 2-4.

Just Glad our vampires don't look like this in ESO

      Or not like this:

And imo, white lenses from adornment pack look better than default vampire eyes. Would be actually nice to have gloving eyes option, like the old magelight visual or something like that...
