For some time now I've been eagerly awaiting a cosmetic upgrade to the vampire. While the pale skin is great, the vampire just isn't creepy the way they should be. They lack presence. While in or passing through shade or in complete darkness, the vampire's eyes should glow [think the master vampire in Dracula - The Untold Story]. The character movements are too humanly normal and not predatory, perhaps a personality to this regard could be implemented?
And while I do love role-playing as a vampire in general, because I just like the whole lore about them, it is not very much FUN playing as one in the game because of the missed marks involving their creation by the devs. There's not one cool active perk tied to them ... no better vision involving how they see the world at night, no increased run speed or cool movement animation that creates the illusion of speed, no nails, no fangs, no hiss, roar, nothing; just high costs for primarily weak damaging abilities that are no longer worth it.
There's no achievable titles like:
"Scion of Blood" - after having been turned by Lamae Bal,
"Vampire Lord"- after having killed a certain number of enemies with all the vampire abilities in your load out and the skill tree being maxed to level 10,
"Master Vampire"- after having turned and recruited a certain number of vampires to your own created guild,
"Ancient Vampire" - after having been a vampire for a straight year or more in real life on the game, and having never cured yourself in between.
Now a missed opportunity for the Vampire Lord polymorph, but we got one for the werewolf? No vampire missions pertaining to us [the player] as a vampire? How much more fitting can getting all these things be, when the main antagonist is the father of vampires? Yet there isn't much of a focus on this for the vampire player to enjoy. Why? Thanks for at least reading.
