Enlightenment limit?

Just confused about the enlightenment limit as the thread on here from a dev which I read says you get 100k a day which saves up for 12 days (1.2mil) but I've been getting 400k a day from what I can see so does this only save up for 3 days to make 1.2mil or do you get 400k for 12 days?

The difference comes in how you define your measurements for enlightenment, and I think they changed the way the game UI does it at some point since it was first introduced.

Basically you can say that for each day of enlightenment your first 100K XP that you would normally earn counts quadruple for the purposes of earning CP.

Or you could say that while you're enlightened all of your XP counts quadruple for purposes of earning CP, and this ends when you've earned 400K XP towards CP.

Both amount to the exact same thing, but depending on how you're choosing to measure it you're either going to end up saying that you can stack a maximum of 1.2 million enlightenment, or you'll end up saying that you can stack a maximum of 4.8 million enlightenment. It's just about whether you're measuring the XP before it's quadrupled, or whether you're measuring it after it's quadrupled.

I logged off before moving house earlier this week (Monday morning) with 550K. I logged back in last night with 2.4m Englightenment.

I have been getting 400,000 XP per day as well. I think the 100,000 comes from the fact that in the time you would earn 100,000 regular experience, you're earning 400,000 enlightened experience. what I am confused by is that it was supposed to stack up to a 12 days, where at one point I had over 9,000,000, maybe you get extra once you go past 50, but it sure brought me up to CP160 quickly, hardly even had time to collect the mats in the lower champion levels.

@Tranquil_Fairy so sounds like it could be 400k a day for 12 days then.... Weird that its not stated. It probably is somewhere on ths PC UI but not on xbox haha just tells you how much enlightenment you have left.

@summitxho yeah when i hit 50 i got 5mil enlightenment straight up but assumed once I used this it would only stack to a certain amount but I've been playing and using it too often to see haha.

Nice to know it can stack that high though makes me feel better when I get a few days I can't play!

1.2mil at normal xp gain so essentially 4.8mil.

Thats much better than what I thought originally so am chuffed with that. Hit 50 this time last week and have only been able to play a few times and am already at cp107 haha enjoying this enlightenment thing!

Between enlightenment, the double XP from the Witches Festival, and the CP catchup mechanism, It's a golden time for low CP folks to rank up!

@UrQuan hell yeah. Has made this journey to cp160 all the more easy! Don't really care so much about levelling once I can get my gear lol.

Which actually reminds me... Now that I've got all 12 characters on my main account to level 50, I should really go and earn a bunch of quick CPs on my account that's only sitting at 75 or so CP. I'll bet I could easily make it to 160 on that account before the festival ends.

It doesn't - it's account-wide. But still, I should be able to earn mad CPs.

Add some XP scrolls and a 7 pieces of Training armor and you'll be flying ...
