Broken Armour Set?

One of my guild members asked me to post this here for him. He is testing the Leviathan armor set. According to him, he is getting the same amount of weapon critical whether he is wearing it or not. Is anyone else seeing this as well? Anyone else using it? Granted, he is not testing in Cyrodiil, but he is testing it. The numbers on his Character screen show the same whether he is wearing it or not. I haven't looked into this set at all. Have any of you looked at it?

Earthewen✭✭✭✭✭I checked. No Twice-born. He put the armor on, but no change in the stat. Took the armor off again, and no change in the stat. it isn't showing anything on the character screen.0
