So with OT is Wrothgar n Orsinium "safe?"

Title says it all lol, since the release of OT I'd really like to quest my main on ps4 thru Wrothgar but I remember how it wuz a few months ago n jus don't wanna lose my main in Orsinium til ZOS decides to move them for me lol. Any input would be appreciated, platform is PS4.
