I didnt realise they were scaling low levels areas up too

So when they talk about scaling, I never realised they were scaling areas up to your level!.

I went back to the starter zone where you first land to test out node collection on low level mats and I got a bit of a shock when the mobs are now no longer one hitters. Could have been very embarrassing.

Its literally a level playing fields that scales up or down with you. Still getting used to it as it means the effect of levelling (ie seeing yourself getting stronger) seems to be non existent now.

I don't get why people are still surprised with how Scalling works. It's been there since Orsinium.

yes but that only scaled upwards for me. ie up to 160 meaning I could handle it when I was pre 50.

I didn't realise they were scaling low level mob upwards too. I thought it was just scaling everyone up to 160 if needed, so they cold handle everywhere.

Everyone is scaled to max level.
