i tried to send in a ticket because i did a undaunted pledge and when i handed it in and got my key i went to the chest and opend it then got dash-boarded before i could take my items..it didnt help there is 30 plus people dueling around the area in all zones where you can hand in the quests and receive keys..xbox one NA server
