One Tamriel Saved this game in my eyes

I was completely done with this game, hadnt played for at least 6 months other than 1 log in for 20 mins here and there to see if it got any more fun. but now im totally hooked again and convincing a few friends who didnt get onto the bandwagon last time to give it a shot. The game is really fun again and im absolutely loving being able to group with lower level friends not to mention i can once again do random thing in stonefalls, my favorite zone and actually be earning exp in the process. along with a heap of other cool enhancements to the game just gotta say for me atleast you've somewhat saved the game. Im feeling passionate about it again and really enjoying it! now just make mages/fighters guild dailies in each zone and i will be in heaven!

Been a great improvement, leveling my alts is fun again,dungeons are more fun and so are the new sets. Very well implemented too, i expected lots of bugs, crashes and over crowded zones.

It was a great move. The entire world is relevant. This is a rare thing in a modern AAA MMO.

Can't argue that . It's been nice seeing everyone enjoying themselves . I just tried Wrothgar and my mind is blown . What an amazing area . Happy adventuring !

It didn't save the game for me... because I was already enjoying it!

But so far One Tamriel is pretty nice. I finally get to see other players in the (areas formerly known as:) 'veteran' zones and asking for help to kill a world boss seems to actually yield results now, at least from what I've seen with others.

Update is good I enjoy it when they fix some of the issues like lag in dungeons it will be better

I agree 100%. I had been away for a year and when i came back i was shocked at how empty the likes of Davon's Watch were. People just seem to congregate in the likes of Mournhold etc and the rest of the hubs were dead compared to what they used to be. It all felt very underwhelming. Then 1T hit and it feels like it used to. A lot of the non major city hubs alive.

Those people complaining no doubt were happy doing the same *** year in, year out, but you could see with the population issues elsewhere ZoS had to do something. I get every game will have a drop in active numbers after 2 years, but it did seem to have hit this game pretty hard. I'd rather have groups of people duelling next to me in Davon's Watch than just passing a noob every 5 mins. Skyrim is for empty non vibrant city hubs, ESO isn't. Without others the game loses its appeal quickly. This is coming from someone who more or less does everything solo so it's not as if I need my daily fix on co-op or MP.

I always see u posting about Conan Exiles. Im eagerly waiting that game too. I played about 4 years to Age of Conan. To me is a jewel. Unpolished ofc because Funcom was a disaster.

Regarding One Tamriel. I think its great great great and should have been like this since release.

Gotta admit I love seeing huge swaths of players in the game again. Too bad about the lag from dueling though.

100% agree - i had deleted this game 5 times in the passed, but one tamriel is excellent for me - mixing with other alliances? this should have been in on release then we wouldn't have lost so many players already - shame it's taken so long but now i really feel like it has taken a huge step forward. one of my biggest gripes was the inability to queue for PvE whilst doing PvP - now i can do both !!

it's quite overwhelming getting loads of item sets dropping for me but that isn't a bad thing i guess, i would be happy to purchase eso plus now if i hadn't bought the DLC's separately ... may just get plus just for crafting bag but i don't think it's worth it to be fair.

It's about time you tried Wrothgar! Man, I wish they still made DLCs like that. I'd wait longer between releases if I had to. It's just so worth it.

I can't say it "saved" the game for me but I started playing ESO (did beta) last week. Not sure if it was just me but leveling was painful the first few days. I was a level ten and somehow wonder into a level 15 area or I had all level 5 quest. I pull up my log and all my level ten quest were in a completely different area. I was getting so frustrated I've played a lot off mmos over the last ten years and I always try to stick with them for a bit before really making a decision.

I'm sure I would have still been playing ESO without 1T for a bit longer but my experience becme almost 100x better overnight. I have even recommended some of my WoW guild mates (I burnt out awhile ago) who are now beginning to burn out of legion to try out ESO due to how much fun I've had the last couple of days.
