Why are crowns not on sale on XB1 like they are on PS4 and PC?

I checked the online stores and both the Playstation 4 and the PC version of the game are having crown sales, but no sale is listed on the Xbox Live store. Is this an error or an oversight, or is the sale simply being skipped for Xbox players?
