@ZOS Why did you suspend my GF account ?

@ZOS My girl friend couldn't logged in because her account suspended for no reason and she got an email that says ; This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your ESO Plus™ membership. You will no longer be charged for membership on a recurring basis, and your access to ESO Plus™ benefits will expire at the end of your current membership.

She sent mails to you but didnt get any respond yet. There is no any reason given by you why she suspended.

Could be that the ESO+ Simply didnt renew due to lack of cash on the account? Have she tried looking for it in the PS store to see if that was the reason?

One time my ESO+ didnt get renewed for some reason(I had cash on the account). I went to the PSN store and renewed it. Problem solved..

She subbed only few days ago there is almost 1 month for next renewal.

Even if the ESO Plus it was cancelled that should not prevent her from logging in though yes?

Hopefully this can be resolved. They use magic things for picking up the bots and the cheaters and sometimes this does throw up false positives.

Also when she trying to log in from website she gets this message ; "you been suspended from this site"

Yes it shouldnt prevent logging in since its a free to play.

Where did she buy her original copy of ESO from? Could there be a problem with her having a legitimate copy of the game to begin with?

ESO is not free to play - yet. You still must purchase the game to begin with.

Perhaps it's not a ZOS issue then if she was unable to log in....perhaps it's a PS+ issue which I'm not even sure when that would stop someone but just as Xbox live gold is required to play this game, ps+ is still required so it's actually not free to play but buy to play for the game and the required network as I understand it.

Maybe I'm wrong and maybe it's something else but those are my logical ideas

Just looked at a couple other people who had same query and seems like they recommend raising a ticket. No one will be able to respond here but usually the comms will be directly to part affected.

I know this might not be a quick fix but hopefully this helps at least get to the right people.

Sorry, your reply to the second comment where they specify PSN and ESO plus made me think it was a PS4 topic The girl friend just needs to create her own ticket using the help page.

because zos SC just bots and they very rarely investigate bans, they just answer by pasta and thats all

This one thinks you may probably not get a response for a few hours at least.

US Tamriel it now sleeps and the community managers they sleep also.

For the time being submit a ticket and then you will have a ticket number to provide the community staff with when they are in the office.

In the meantime also khajiit will save you half of a mug of warm ale down at The Rosy Lion.

No we never played with each other's account also how they know when we play on same pc and on same Wi-Fi ?

Also she plays like 10 hours top in a week.

Let's all take a minute to appreciate the fact that this guy has a girlfriend that plays ESO, you are one lucky man and I hope this gets fixed. But seriously though, super jealous. I can't play games when my gf is there, she thinks they are stupid and a waste of time

It sounds like ZOS made a mistake, you could try to send a ticket on her behalf and explain why she can't send the ticket herself ....
I hope some moderator checks this thread out though and helps solving the problem a bit faster. Q.Q it sounds really sad.

As covered in the forum rules, we do not allow disciplinary actions to be discussed on the forums. If you send me the ticket number for your girlfriend's ticket, I can make sure it is properly routed.
