Hey I am a new player... Level 14 for now.
I found some set items during my adventures... But as I levelled up my previous find became less relevant (low level)
what should I do with previous find?
Just sell / deconstruct them?
Is there a way to upgrade them? or learn how to make them?

Until you reach lvl 50

Decon all the lower level gear from your current level, as you do quests you will always out level your current gear pretty fast

If you want to learn to make gear you need to find a BLUE motif book found in drawers,chest,urns
You can craft gear at your current race, So if you are Orc you will be able to craft gear in Orcish style but if you wan to craft Redguard you need to find that motif book

The set you would have found wouldn't be craftable I'm afraid so you have three options. Either sell to a merchant, deconstruct it to level your crafting line or use it for research to learn the trait it holds.

Also remember that you can go back to get higher level pieces for any set. No level restrictions.

I vote for researching or deconstructing anything you do not need at low levels unless you are really desperate for gold and want to sell it to an NPC merchant. No point hanging onto it.

I am beyond CP cap and still pick up everything to deconstruct whatever I don't need, including lousy trait monster pieces and green/blue pieces of sets I don't want to keep.

yeah it was the beginner set or something, also the quuen elegance and some other like that.. probably not craftable...

Does items have a maximum levels? Or it goes on forever as well?

Do not deconstruct them, its better to learn the trait then sell the rest.
The thing is they give too small amount of crafting experience and you mostly don't need the materials you get from deconstructing. Start deconstructing when you reach the lvl or champion cap so you will have alot of free mats + your crafting will skyrocket

character level 50 + Champion point 160 is the maximum.
and fyi champion levels go up much much faster than character levels due to 4 times XP bonus.
