Did anyone else lose ALL map progress?

I lost all my wayshrines, all public dungeons, harvest nodes and even the trials themselves; literally nothing on my map, to get there have to travel by horse and go rediscover everything again.

    Everyone did; they reset Craglorn as it got revamped. You do get all your wayshrines back when you use the carriage to get to Belkarth.
