I came across this absolutely ridiculous female " Staada" or maybe male stupidly overpowered with 1,846.117 hit points!!!!!!! in the middle of the desert where I didn't really take much notice until she/he oneshotted me. ridiculous.

✭This is a very intriguing and sad at the same time.
OP get insta-killed by a boss that have 1,5k hp (which isn't that much and it's actually soloable by a veteran player) and instead of finding out or asking around what's that, he comes to the forum to complain of how "ridiculous" that is. Some players don't even mind learning the game before spreading negativeness.

Can you explain how you outlevel anything in One Tamriel?

I believe the poster was referring to outleveling the golden saints in Morrowind [game]. Staada was a unique golden saint that gave you a named soulgem (grand) if you soultrapped her when you did Azura's quest. The reason I think they were referring to Morrowind was because I haven't seen an Ascended Sleeper in this game yet.

It was awesome, glad to see some genuine "you will not complete this without others" content. It was genuinely rewarding when I and another player teamed up spontaneously to take on the dwemer construct world boss in Cold Harbour and it was a hard fought battle.
