If there was only one character slot... What would you spec?

Try and ignore the current stamina meta for just a minute.

If for some reason, we were only allowed one character for the remainder of this game's life (long live ESO tho pls) what spec would you run?

Try to ignore metas and updates, pick which class you consider to be the most fun for you, or suiting to your playstyle, whatever.

I've personally voted for Magicka DK - my first character was a DK tank that I respecced into a Mag DK and I love it

Same , my first Character was a magicka sorcerer , the stamina sorcerer have more survavibility , more dps , but he is les fun , and i prefer play what i want .

Second would be MAG Sorc because they are so versatile.

DK is not interesting to me at all, I find it boring.

It was either magic Sorc or magic DK. I have more total hours on a magic DK, but I think Magic Sorc is stronger in the new Meta.

If you were only allowed one character, I think I would spec "other game."

Seriously though, I know that magicka has been totally neglected for 4 major patches now, and 90% of Cyrodiil is WD proc stacking stamina meta mashers, and apparently ZOS is cool with that, but to me, the magicka specs have always been more fun.

They have better looking spell effects, more unique and fun abilities, and I never enjoyed the Conan meta.

I am happy that melee combat is so visceral and rewarding int his game. I just wish ZOS would spend a little time with magicka Sor especially as it was my first and favorite serious character.

All the classes are pretty cool though.

Heck, I even used to play a Black Orc pure tank in Warhammer Online... couldn't kill a fly, but I could stay alive with 10+ players bashing on me And with the TunnelVision™ syndrome that most players have, it was easy to maintain agro

All the classes are pretty cool though.

ZoS has a tendency to make "fun things"/skills with a class useless/"not fun". One particular individual is VERY good at doing that.

Templars are my favorite. I have 3 right now. One Breton that I decided I didn't like the way she looked so I rushed her to 50 so that she could be my master crafter and collect mail and do crafting dailies. The 2nd one is an Imperial because I wanted to be able to switch between magicka and stamina, but then I decided I didn't like some of her quest decisions so she now just collects mail and does some crafting dailies. I am finally satisfied with my 3rd templar, a Breton goody two-shoes.

Its actually a hybrid magicka/stamina templar, but that wasn't an option and at the moment the build is using slightly more magicka skills so I went with that.

Definitely my mag sorc. Mag templar comes close second. Sorc was my second character but my first really doesn't count. It was a dark elf hybrid nightblade, which I had absolutely no clue as to what I was doing. It now crafts and does writs.

Tried playing some stam characters but I just don't like playing them for some reason, not sure why that is.

Its a toss between mTemp and mDk honestly. I only picked mTemp bc I have more of those currently than any other class lol! I love my dungeon healer and I love my vampler but I most certainly have a soft spot for that mDk.
