customer service just confused me?
I haven't had my crowns in 4 months so I raised a ticket in game. Got a response pretty quick by email saying they will look into it.
Got another email a few hours later saying that my ticket had been passed to another team and "they" will contact you soon. Happy days.
But then at the button of the email it says if you don't reply in 4 days we will assume you are happy and close your ticket. Then at the very bottom it says status - waiting on customer.
So I think ill just respond with "ok, cheers for your help" so that I have responded on my side.
5 mins later I get a reply to day that I'm using a email not connected to the ticket so please update your details and raise another ticket. I replied to the email they sent me, how can it not be connected?
