Good PVE and PVP Nightblade Build

Hey, is there a good Nightblade build that is effective in PVE and PVP and what skills should i allocate and Champion points as well?
My character is a level 50 Champion Point 320 Dunmer Nightblade?

my play styles a NB dual wield but im looking for a second weapon to settle on , i also use a mix of Stamina and Magicka and Heavy armour mainly

PVE, none other than DW/bow is your choice. Give yourself half an hour to read over this thread and really digest the information. I went into this thread doing 15k DPS, and came out doing 30k+. http://tamrielfoundry.com/topic/stamina-nightblade-pve-dps-guide-for-dark-brotherhood/

PVP... it's a can of worms. If you want DW, then you should probably run DW/2h. 2h/bow is often more versatile/powerful, but DW/2h makes for a great brawler with a lot of damage. Common sets used - Spriggan, Viper, Eternal Hunt, Vicecannon, Trainee, Agility.
