Is 10k physical penetration enough for vet dungeons and trials?

I don't know about trials, but for vet dungeons hell yeah

Nah it's perfect. You'll have 10k penetration by default with sharpened weapons and major breach. For vet trials I can't say because I've never been interested in doing one

Not sure about the resistance values on bosses after UD12 but before the bosses had about 18k resistance. So 10 k physical penetration is good IMO.
