This is due to an update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable. Once this update is applied, your patch progress should continue. In the event you get stuck in a rebooting loop, you can visit Microsoft’s page to download the update manually.
Newest versions were already donwloaded so I tried to redownload them. After redownloading the 64 bit version, it still reboots my computer. Tried to redownload the 32 bit version, but it wouldn't let me because apparently the version on my computer is a higher version than the one on their website, and it wont let me uninstall it.
