I am waiting on your launcher screen for more than half an hour and still im connected to the NA megaservers

Any other 'bright' solutions?

Well mr sunshine tried the standard solutions? restart pc, repair and such?

Set the server to the Live server, exit the client, restart the client, set the game to Live EU, wait about 5 minutes, log in.

This has worked for me every time I needed to get on the EU server.

Are you waiting in the launcher or in the login screen after starting the game?
The launcher will all ways say The elder Scrolls Online (NA) even if you selected EU. In the login screen there is a red message saying EU or US. If your server setting is live-EU you have to wait until the message says EU server. That definitely doesn't take more than 5 mins for me...

Ahh. good point. He is watching the launcher, not the in client announcement.

OP: Press PLAY. Change server to the Live EU server, wait a few minutes, then log in.

The "experts" have posted multiple posts about this and fixing it and showing work arounds. The community is just nice enough to put up with your CAPS LOCK and immaturity.

Well, the "experts" have been recognising the community's efforts and have posted an official thread detailing the solution to common problems with the update. Sometimes it's quicker to read a few player threads and the Dev Tracker than starting a new thread.

Don't get me wrong, I understand your frustration, I really do, but the solutions have been on the forum for 24 hours now. Indeed, the fixed launcher display falsely showing the NA server and the need to select the server later in the login process was specifically mentioned in the patch notes.

It is an issue that many people have, me included, this needs to be sorted out on Zenimax end.
The point is that doing the work around I am able to play so there is nothing wrong with my installation except I somehow got the NA client the last update.
So what Zenimax has to do is to patch the client again making sure they give it to the right region.

There is only one client now, and it offers the opportunity to play on either or both regional servers without the need any longer for separate installations. All they need to do is fix the display bug on the initial launcher screen so it correctly shows whichever server is your chosen one, and then fix the actual server selection process at the game login screen so you instantly get to proceed to the correct server each time you log in until you choose to change the selection. They know that, and have stated that they're working on it.

i experimented with the click live server, then click again and select eu live.....and wait.

did it ten times - longest wait was 2 minutes, shortest 70seconds.

not entirely scientific i agree but.....

edit to add: i'm not saying it is acceptable but it is not as bad as some are making out i think.

No they haven't, officially all they have said is they " are working on a fix with the intention of implementing it in a future patch"

ALL the work arounds have come from the community, ALL the advise and help has come from the community, ALL ZoS has done is direct players to those posts, from the community
