• NA megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)
The issues on the North American megaservers have been resolved at this time. If you continue to experience difficulties at login, please restart your client. Thank you for your patience!

Please fix the EU login

Hi @ZOS_GinaBruno,

It takes several minutes before the announcement changes at login screen into welcome at EU server. Are the tech guys working on a solution?

    I certainly hope so, because if we have to go through this nonsense everytime we log in it's going to get very tedious every quickly :(

    Not gone, they already told you your characters are there, just not where you expect them to be, but who cares ;).

    While we understand that some players are having troubles with getting logged into the EU server, and some are missing characters, we would like to gather all of your posts and reports in the same thread. Therefor, we have decided to close this thread. To help us gather how many are experiencing this issue, please post in the All my characters are deleted! thread. Thank you for your understanding.
