Probably it won't be changed, that each bigger patch like 11 or this current 12 and future patches are causing some problems to devs. European server downtime is really painful for us and for many of us each update is available next day not the day it should be released. I don't understand why ZOS changed the downtime hours for EU and doing maintenances at same time with NA server. I'm starting to think that EU server is not located anymore in Europe. Before, the downtime was doing through the night not prime time for EU players and there was no problem with this. Funny thing is that someone told me a kind of joke and it was about that ZOS has no more 3rd shift in their office so there are no people who can keep eye on the maintenance of EU during the night and this caused they moved EU server to North America or at least changed the downtime hours for same as for NA server to let 1st shift do this for both servers.
