Do we still need to go to home capital to accept pledge quests or u can go to any capital?

✭✭✭The horrible thing is as we all get more max level characters (which will likely eventually happen even for the most casual players) the dailies, hirelings, etc. that each character might want to utilize are great but there's actually more travel time and loading screens than the content you're traveling to.
Thieves Guild dailies and Hew's Bane dailies, Dark Brotherhood has the same, IC dailies (which I've never gotten around to doing yet), Wrothgar (for the sets or motifs), Craglorn, crafting writs, Undaunted and now Fighter's and Mage's Guild dailies. I may have even missed a couple. Oh, the PvE in Cyrodiil dailies apparently give xp or loot or something now.
Doing this on even 4 max level characters would take all day long. Not the content, just the traveling time and loading screens.0
