Player Housing
Will this ever be implemented this is something that is a core part of the ElderScrolls from at least Morrowind one of the first thing you had access to was your home somewhere to chill sleep and display your ill gotten gains and trophies. it surprises me that Eso didnt ship with it and that this far down the line it has still not been implemented. you only have to look at the mod community to see that player housing is still the largest section accross all of the ES games Morrowind , Oblivion and Skyrim .
