The Xbox One has added in the social interface of the console two things that have the potential to help development challenges that are outstanding or often found as lacking.

1. Looking for Group (an Xbox one feature found under Game Hub)
1.a. Looking for group (under Clubs, with game specific options)
2. Clubs (an Xbox one way for large groups of players to connect by interests)

https://news.xbox.com/2016/09/06/xbox-clubs-lfg-preview/

Looking for group:

-Looking for group by design, has the capability of (if ZOS decides) to work with Xbox so that the activity finder works with Looking for group on the console in-game.

Benefits:
-This offers possibilities for players in a combination of currently playing as well as those not playing but online
-This offers grouping for dungeons, trials, achievements, public dungeons, quests, dolemans, PvP activities, etc.
-It offers additional controls over who can and who could/should join
-Allows future grouping up to seven days in advance

Clubs:

-A lot of feedback has come for better guild options. Fortunately the Xbox one clubs offer a lot of additional options and will soon include a calendar capability

Benefits:

-Inviting or finding guild members when the in-game friends list or guild lists go down
-voice and text chat as well as posting, LFG, screenshots, tutorial guides, FAQ, Twitch streaming, etc.
-seeing the latest time someone was online, adding, kicking, listing items for trade, recruiting, etc.

In short I'm sharing this in hopes that ZOS will begin to incorporate changes that are inline with Xbox one updates for Update 12 and beyond

Well it's now live for Xbox one. Seems like a good way to pick up PUGs as this shows the actually CP level if you're playing while using this on Xbox one.

I wonder what others experiences have been.
    It also is on smartglass

I started a club for dungeons and trial and anything eso. We got about 100 ppl so far if you want to join search:

    "ESO dungeons and trials"

    We accept everyone

Cool. Just a question. Are you all doing a guild to coincide or would that be too limiting?

I've seen clubs with 50k members so maybe it's better as alliances but just asking for Xbox one NA

Well for now our main goal is to make finding a group for dungeons and trials easier. Or even a group in general. If people in the future want to see a guild we shall make one.
