Few questions from the random guy who want's to play ESO again.

Hi, I haven't been playing the game for few months now (last time was somewhere in June) and I have a lot of questions about the game now.
1. Have they finally implemented an option to meet players from other factions? (I'm not talking about a Cyrodill)
2. Have they added any smaller 2 handed swords? They simply are too big for me. I know it sounds stupid but I simply hope that they're some smaller 2h swords now. I always liked an idea of having a *** sword instead of a greatsword.
3. Is there finally an option to disable this STUPID shield effect while blocking? It actually made me quit the game. I'm a guy who loves to rp but this simply destroyed my immersion at all.
4. Have they done something to the leveling system?
5. Is there actually any new expansion coming out?
6. If I'd like to buy new dlcs should I buy sub or simply buy every single one of them?
7. Is there finally an option to change how our character looks like?
8. Have they added a housing system?
9. How is an european playerbase doing right now?
10. Is there anything that I should know about before installing the game again?
11. If I don't have too much time to play the game (only weekends) will I be able to enjoy the game?

1. Next patch (in a couple days) takes away alliance restrictions so you will see other factions anywhere.
2. Not so sure about swords.

6. Subbing is good for access to DLC and craft bags are worth it by themselves. Also you get costume dyeing with a sub.

11. Yes. There is always something to do. Questing, PvP, Dungeons, Exploring, etc.

1.On Wednesday on PC, factions won't matter for PvE at all. You'll see DC EP and AD all throughout all the zones.
7. You can buy appearance change tokens in the crown store. As well they are releasing adornments and hairstyles in the crown store you can buy and switch on the fly as if it were a costume.

3, No option to disable the sheild when blocking but if you're in first person mode it doesn't show.

6. Currently you can buy the first 4 DLCs in a bundle at a discount for 5500crowns. Individually they'd cost 9500 separately.

9. EU seems busy a couple of the PVP campaigns fill up prime time and the main cities are busy.

4. Nothing new since they removed Veteran Ranks. They're making everything scaled like Wrothgar starting on Wednesday, so levels will function differently.
