Please remind me why not to play this game and get ESO+

I play on Xbox One and got myself an ESO+. Thing is, I was so upset with all the crashing and me being stuck in Orissum city for over 2 days, when I got out, I didn't want to play anymore if I can't visit this and other cities. So of course "time heals all wounds" I am having the itch to play ESO again. Of course I remember why I left, but I am sure there was other reasons why I left as well so want to make sure before IF I start playing again, why not to get an ESO+ account.

I guess what I am asking is are these places still buggy? Has it gotten better the same or worse? I want to go back to Orissum but don't want to go there if I keep getting crash to desk top on my Xbox One all the time. I don't want to go through that again.

I am curious if I do resub again when I had it, I know I had a full loot bag. Since I cancelled my subscription I have lost the loot bad I am sure of it. I am curious if I do sub again for ESO+ again will I get a new loot bag empty or will my stuff I had before still be there since I never started since cancelling my game.

Can't speak to the XBox performance issues myself although I hear it has gotten better. As for the crafting bag all the stuff you had in there before will still be there, even if you don't reactivate your sub.

All of your stuff will be there. In fact you don't even have to get eso+ to retrieve your items from the loot bag. Once your sub runs out the loot bag remains and you can retrieve items from it, but you can't place anything else until you renew your sub

Edit: yes they have fixed orsinium so no more crashes.
If you plan on coming back and want to play orsinium but have not purchased any dlc I recommend getting eso+ as you will need it for any dlc you have not bought including orsinium.

I personally would not even play eso without eso+ as I have grown attached to my crafting bag.

Now I just need to see if the game is more stable. I really want to see that Ork city and do the quests. Just hated when following the cloud stench, I kept crashing all the time.
