As much as it should've already been reported as a bug by support, I thought I'd get it posted on here as well for the sake of keeping it updated on.
Recently, the adornment on Argonians, the one with a nose-ring and a pair of spikes on the chin is incomplete. Said nose-ring missing entirely from ingame and character creation.
None of the patch notes mention it, so I assume it's removed by accident.
