While customer support can handle transactions the actual processing for recurring subscriptions is automatic. This is subject to transaction delays with your payment method but is not something that can be manually slowed down or hastened. If you would like further information we would suggest customer support. We cannot look into your transactions from the forums.

A phone number would be helpful! Maybe answering the question of whether or not there will be a lapse in my ESO+ between Friday and Sunday as well?

I've had someone check your membership and it's valid through Sunday so you should be fine over the weekend.
