Emperor and Former Emperor skill line.

EnglishNorwegian
So, I recently learned that they removed the former emperor skill line from game. I am a aspiring player to become the Dragonborn Emperor of Cyrodill (I say Dragonborn because I'm a Dragonknight *wink*). I get that a former group or even a single former emperor can easily kill players in PVP and that being the reason the former emperor skill line was removed, but I have a proposition that would fix it AND keep PVP still in balance. And really it is rather simple. Keep the former emperor skill line in the game but disable all of its abilities if the player enters a campaign making the player have to choose other abilities in PVP. Now I understand that some people don't like the whole Emperor system in the first place but understand this, it rewards players rightfully for their dedication to the game. I've heard achievement hunters complain about this saying it is too hard and that you have to have "no life," but here is the thing, why call emperors and former emperors no lifers if you spend all your time on games to get all of their trophies? I do have a proposition though, instead of making Emperor trophy completely removed, how about make it a non-required trophy for 100% completion of achievements in the game. Basically make the achievement a bragging right (if you like bragging you haven't done anything but game) with no G points of tier trophy or whatever steam does. SPOILER ALERT: If you haven't done all the Harborage missions do NOT read on. Besides, doing the 6th Harborage mission makes you feel so epic. Having a former emperor skill line would allow you to feel that sort of epicness in a minor way all the time (besides in PVP) so you feel rewarded for your hard work. Let me know what you think!

Does getting Grand Overlord count in getting 100% of achievements? Because that requires significantly more dedication than emperor.

That's a good one man. I think it should though because no one can block or stop you from doing it like emperor.

I believe that the Trophys are implemented by Sony and not ZOS, I might be wrong about that though. But when I was missing a trophy reward in Assassins Creed, Ubisoft told me to contact Sony.

Hate to be the one to slide up in here and drop this on you. Mostly since I nolonger play ESO. But since I'm peeking about and I remember fondly the Formor skill line. I thought I'd set somethings straight.

Former emperor was complete horseshite. You got a 1 or 2% bonus to a few things at the cost of 4 skill points. They were all passives. And any good player crapped on most former emps.

The buff wasn't taken out for being OP. It was removed cause there were more crap players crying then there were defenders. But it was cool to have it and know.

In short just wear your former emperor title. Its the same thing.

Now back to Neverwinter I go.
