Unable to log into the game

Getting ready for trials and three of us were disconnected from the game and are unable to log back in. I saw there was one other post about disconnect issues as well.
When I was kicked from the game I received no feedback. It just froze up for a minute then dropped me at the login screen. Now I'm able to log into the character select screen, but every character I've tried just gets stuck in a loading screen.
