Also ZOS wants you to be frustrated like this and keep playing because some marketer with a BA in BS has convinced them that frustrated customers are happy customers. And that trusting in RNG instead of having faith in the repeat-ability of their great content is how you retain customers.

Toast_STS✭✭✭✭That charged lightning staff is probably the second best trait for it. 200% chance to concuss, concussed enemies in wall of elements are set off balance, off balance take more damage from heavy attack, vMA bonus also give more heavy attack damage in wall of elements. I would prefer that over my precise trait on mine.
