Thieves, DB, and Dungeon Timer

Is there an addon or a default way to move these timers? I use the majority of of the Phinix addon pack and the Quest log sits right over these timers. Makes it so I can't read the log, or the timer when I want to see it. I have the ability to move the log, but the timer still moves with it.
