Litany of Blood Help!

I'm trying to figure out how to start "Litany of Blood." I have done some research url: http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Litany+of+Blood and it says you must complete your first Sacrament Quest to unlock the Litany of Blood, but I have completed my Seventh Sacrament under Flawless Sacrament and I have not received any form of options for Litany of Blood, also I tried talking to Nevusa the mysterious Dark Elf assassin and no luck. What must I complete in-order to unlock the quest "Litany of Blood?"

✭✭I'm pretty sure the Litany of Blood is a yellow book you have to interact with and read..

Stoopid_Nwah✭✭✭✭Is it possible when you did your first sacrament you went through that little speech afterwards where you get the book itself? If so, it would just be a green book in your consumables or quest items (I believe?) and you can open it up to see the list of names. It is not a specific quest that starts and sits in your quest log.0
